1:43 received criticism on Music Uplate
Last June 9, the boys of 1:43 had a guesting on ABS-CBN’s Music Uplate together with Myrus and Trisha Gracia.
1:43 sang all their songs in their album and had fun on the show. But people on twitter at that time who were watching the show seemed not to like the performance and claiming the boys were out of tune.

“So they are 1:43, I’m quite disappointed”
” You’re still handsome, Even on T.V..”
“Anjo ressurection, kim nicolas and the rest of their band is in #MULIVE! What happened?! HAHAHA!”
Even Vice Ganda posted on his twitter account:
“These guys singing on MU Live are driving me insane! Is this a joke?! What a waste of electricity! I’d rather clean my navel!”
Also veteran columnist Ogie Diaz gave an advice to the group on his twitter account:
“Damn! They’re funny. I wanna to throw something on them. They are trying too hard.”
@ogiediaz “I can’t handle this 1:43 boy band, they’re singing live, but they are out of tune. Hope they studied first the song before they went on the show. Waste of effort.”

Because of these cristicisms 1:43′s official staff posted on their official facebook page their side regarding this issue and we quote:
WE ARE TAKING the criticisms of Vice Ganda and Ogie Diaz on Twitter positively. But we hope they just understand too that that’s the risk of singing on national television LIVE, especially when you are a newbie. Even our greatest artists made big blunders every now and then. Lesson learned.

oh sana lesson na yan sa mga nagpapalabas ng mga boy band boy band na yan. masyado kasi kayo apurado train them hard muna bago isalang nakakahiya tuloy pag mumuka nyo nde lang saband pati sa company na naglabas sa kanila atat kasi kumita ng pera. pero kung train nyu sila ng mabuti eh di mas malaki kikitain nyu mas madami bibili ng album. mga tanga naman yan nag-aral ba talga yung yung mga tao dyan sa kumpanya nila?

i don’t mind. si christian bautista nga pumalpak sa national anthem, si regine binago lyrics ng listen, at si lani misalucha at nina pumiyok-piyok. ganun talaga. napanood ko ang 1:43 sa ibang guesting at maganda ang tunog nila. jumakpot lang talaga sa MU Live.

Well, Who’s Perfect? Lahat nman ngkakamali…. Yes, bago po cla and I think they were doing their best nman. Cnu b ang gusto mapahiya sa maraming tao esp. on National Television db… Natural lng nah kabahan at magkamali. Criticisms are good…. These things will lead them to Success in the near future… Practice lng katapat nyan! Let’s not put them down… instead, suportahan naten cla dahil binabangon ulit nila ang musikang Pinoy mula sa pagkahumaling sa mga banyagang musika!

to be honest, hindi talaga sila marunong kumanta
if you’ll look all their other performance, kulang talaga sa training (kung nagtraining nga)
hindi sila yung tipong natural singer..
pede naman magtrain like Sandara Park..nag-improve siya.
naiirita ako sa mga excuses ng pinoy..like ala namang perfect na tao..blah blah…
why not just take the criticism and work on it..
alang perfect na tao but you can reach your max potential if your PRACTICE
something i learned from kpop =/
alang sense of perfectionism/professionalism ang mga pinoy

Hahaha. I saw this Episode.. And honestly, they’re really OUT OF TUNE!!! Wala sa tono! I don’t want to name names kung sino sa kanila ang wala talaga sa tono, lalahatin ko na lang. Next time paghusayan nila. Iprove nila na hindi lang sila face kundi may talent din… hahahayyyy *sigh*

)..lahat ngimproved.. Ah ung pusod ba ni vice ganda di nya nililinis well it’s time pra linisin mo na..ang talent nadedevelop at naiimprove yan pero ang ICHURA hindi matatagalan bago iimproved at kahit maimproved na nakatatak na sa utak ng mga tao na dati kang PANGET (db vice ganda??)
